Benjamin Lovell has been sentenced to probation on Monday for a mistake that was, in my opinion, someone’s screw up so he shouldn’t have to pay for it! 50 year old Mr. Lovell mysteriously received $5M in his Commerce Bank account back in early 2008, though he claims it was closer to $2M. He said he tried at least 4 times to return the money to the bank who insisted they hadn’t made a mistake. He claims to have met with bank executives 10 times. Authorities say that he didn’t try hard enough.
Apparently, the former National Grid salesman got tired of trying and decided to do something nice for himself. Soooo, he spent $36,000 on dental implants! LMAO! Oh, and he also spent $8,000 on jewelry for his girlfriend,

Last month, he pled guilty to a lesser charge in Brooklyn Supreme Court. He says he paid what restitution he could but the bank still has a lawsuit against them. That is so unfair! He tried and tried to give this money back and these idiots didn’t want to admit to making a mistake so he starts spending. It’s the bank’s damn fault. Sue the idiot who made the transaction! I would have moved to another country, lol.
